How to Apply / Procedure

For professional use only. Patch test mandatory.

1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser and pat dry.
2. Perform a patch test on the inner arm or below the neck and assess for sensitivity.
3. Using a brush, cotton-tipped applicator, or gloved fingers, apply a thin, even layer of Melasmonil Peel.
4. Begin application from the forehead and move downward to the neck.
5. Do not exceed 20 seconds of direct contact time during application.
6. Leave the peel on for 3–7 minutes depending on skin tolerance and sensitivity.
7. Apply a neutralizer if required, wait 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with water.
8. Apply a soothing moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen.
9. Continue sunscreen and moisturization twice daily for at least 7 days post-treatment.

Contraindications

This peel is contraindicated in the following conditions:

• Active cutaneous infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal)
• Open wounds, burns, abrasions, or compromised epidermal barrier
• Acute inflammatory skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis)
• Known hypersensitivity to peel ingredients
• Recent dermatological procedures (laser, microneedling, waxing, surgery)
• Photosensitized or sunburned skin
• Pregnancy and lactation unless under medical supervision
• Current or recent oral isotretinoin/systemic retinoid use
• History of keloid formation or impaired wound healing
• Untrained or home use

Patch Test

Apply a small amount of Melasmonil Peel below the neck or on an inconspicuous area (inner arm). Observe for irritation, redness, or allergic reaction before full application.

Post-Peel Care

• Strict sun protection and consistent moisturization are essential after treatment
• Mild flaking or dryness may occur as exfoliation progresses
• Do not manually peel or remove flaking skin
• Use gentle cleansers and avoid scrubs or harsh soaps for 7–10 days
• Apply broad-spectrum SPF daily on all exposed areas

Note

Visible peeling is not necessary for efficacy. Skin that is thicker or more resistant may require adjusted contact times or professionally guided multi-session protocols.
