How to Apply / Procedure

For professional use only. Patch test mandatory.

1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser and pat dry.
2. Perform a patch test below the neck or on an inconspicuous area and assess for sensitivity.
3. Using a brush, cotton-tipped applicator, or gloved fingers, apply a thin, even layer of TCA Peel 50%.
4. Begin application from the forehead and move downward to the neck, avoiding prolonged contact in one area.
5. Strictly control contact time due to the strength of this peel.
6. Leave the peel on for 1–3 minutes depending on professional assessment.
7. Apply a neutralizer if required, wait 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
8. Apply a soothing moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen immediately after treatment.
9. Continue gentle moisturization and sun protection twice daily for at least 7–10 days post-treatment.

Contraindications

This peel is contraindicated in the following conditions:

• Active cutaneous infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal)
• Open wounds, abrasions, or compromised skin barrier
• Acute inflammatory skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea)
• Known hypersensitivity to trichloroacetic acid or peel components
• Recent cosmetic or dermatological procedures (laser, microneedling, surgery)
• Photosensitized or sunburned skin
• Pregnancy and lactation unless under medical supervision
• Recent or current systemic retinoid use (e.g., isotretinoin)
• History of keloid formation or impaired wound healing
• Untrained or home use

Patch Test

Apply a small amount of TCA Peel 50% below the neck or on an inconspicuous area (inner arm). Observe for irritation, redness, or allergic reaction before full application.

Post-Peel Care

• Strict sun protection and consistent moisturization are essential
• Moderate to intense flaking and dryness may occur
• Do not manually peel, pick, or forcibly remove exfoliating skin
• Use gentle cleansers and avoid scrubs or harsh soaps for 7–10+ days
• Apply broad-spectrum SPF daily on all exposed areas
