How to Apply / Procedure
For professional use only. Patch test is mandatory.
- Cleanse body skin thoroughly with an oil-free body cleanser and pat dry.
- Perform a patch test (inner arm or behind knee) and assess for irritation.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Body Peel using a brush or gloved fingers.
- Leave the peel on for a professionally determined duration.
- Neutralize with a suitable solution if required, then rinse thoroughly with water.
- Apply a soothing body moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen to exposed areas.
- Advise regular moisturization and sun protection for 7 days post-application.
Contraindications
This peel is contraindicated in the following conditions:
- Active cutaneous infections (bacterial, viral, fungal)
- Open wounds, cuts, abrasions, or compromised skin barrier
- Inflammatory dermatoses (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to peel ingredients
- Recent dermatological procedures (laser, waxing, microneedling)
- Photosensitized or sunburned skin
- Pregnancy and lactation unless medically supervised
- Use of oral isotretinoin or systemic retinoids within the last 6 months
- History of impaired wound healing or keloid formation
- Untrained or home use
Patch Test
Apply a small amount of Body Peel to an inconspicuous area (inner arm or behind the knee). Observe for signs of irritation, redness, or burning prior to full application.
Post-Peel Care
- Strict sun protection and consistent moisturization are essential
- Mild flaking, dryness, or darkening may occur during exfoliation
- Do not manually peel or pick at skin
- Use gentle body cleansers and avoid scrubs or harsh soaps for 7–10 days
- Use daily broad-spectrum SPF on exposed body areas
Note
Lack of visible peeling does not indicate inefficacy. Resistant or thickened skin may require adjusted contact time or stronger treatments in future professional sessions.
